The Cobourg Police Service RFP for Facility Condition Assessment and Functional Space Analysis closed at 3:00 p.m. on February 24th

COBOURG (February 24, 2023) – The Cobourg Police Services Board (CPSB) is moving to the next step if the RFP process to find a vendor to provide a Facility Condition Assessment and Functional Space Analysis in the Town of Cobourg.

As of the submission deadline on Friday, February 24th, at 3:00 p.m., CPSB received proposals from the following listed in alphabetical order:

  • Aecom Canada Ltd
  • Jones Lang Lasalle
  • RPL Architects
  • Stantec Architecture Ltd

The CPSB will now move to the next step in the process and review each proposal. The successful respondent will be notified in the coming months once the review of submissions is complete.

Background

On June 21, 2022, the CPSB received a report outlining the need to conduct Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Facility Needs Assessment. The members of the CPSB toured the police service facility located at 107 King Street East. The CPSB approved the RFP process for a facility needs assessment at the July 2022 board meeting.

On January 16, 2023, the Board announced the request for written proposals from interested suppliers for a Facility Condition Assessment and Functional Space Analysis in the Town of Cobourg. The closing date was February 24, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.
